Flex material EXPANDABLE for textile transfer

The new cutting-plotting material for cotton and polyester transfer expands while pressing, offering a 3 dimensional effect of the graphics.

Instructions of use:

Material to be cut mirrored
After peeling the material excess, put it on the textile and press for 3-5 seconds, low pressure and 165°C – 175°C
Remove the polyester carrier and press INSIDE OUT for another 15-20 seconds at ZERO pressure

For best results we recommend to use ZERO pressure in your transfer press during the second press cycle!

Poliester based tape extremely resistant (-40°C la +120° C) for indoor and outdoor use.

Surface: white glossy, lightly satinised
Thickness: 5 microns, adhesion: 12N/25mm

Directely cutable and sublimatable. Peel off and apply on any surface (wood, aluminum, glass, etc.) with a scraper (for larger sizes) in order to avoid air bubbles..
Usage: signs, high quality labels, logos, etc.
